By accessing the YashTechPay website or mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which govern YASHTECH SOLUTION PVT LTD's relationship with you.
1. Eligibility
The user must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid Aadhaar Card and PAN Card. The services are intended for business use by Retailers and Distributors based in India only.
2. Account Registration & KYC
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Service activation is subject to successful KYC verification as per RBI guidelines.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (ID and Password/PIN).
3. Usage of Services
YashTechPay provides a platform for AEPS, Money Transfer, Bill Payments, and Recharges.
Prohibited Activity: Any attempt to use the platform for money laundering, fraudulent transactions, or unauthorized access to bank servers will lead to immediate account termination and legal action.
4. Commission & Settlements
Commissions are credited to your YashTechPay wallet instantly or as per the cycle defined for specific services. The Company reserves the right to modify commission structures without prior notice.
5. Transaction Failures
YASHTECH SOLUTION PVT LTD acts as a facilitator. We are not responsible for transaction failures caused by bank server downtimes, incorrect details entered by the user, or internet connectivity issues. However, we will assist in tracking and resolving "Pending" status transactions.
6. Intellectual Property
All logos, content, and software on YashTechPay are the exclusive property of YASHTECH SOLUTION PVT LTD. Any unauthorized reproduction or rebranding is strictly prohibited.
7. Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating these terms or engaging in suspicious activities that harm the Company's reputation.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
